Chow Gar Tong Long Kung Fu is a Southern Chinese style of Martial Arts
characterised by a strong stance, powerful waist and
fast, heavy forearms and hands.
The purpose of this website is to give an introduction to the formerly secret traditional fighting and healing arts as trained and now shared by the Ip family through the only authorised Australian representative of the style, Sifu Paul Brennan.
I spent several decades living and training in Hong Kong. I will say that Siba, Master Ng Si Kay, is the only man that directs and still trains the original form of this style. He is the only one left that learned the original system and had extensive fight experience to expand his skills. There have been several western people making claims about other Masters over the years, but these people were never there, in the midst of training the style in Hong Kong. Words are cheap, true commitment is everything.
